returns policy

STANDARD DELIVERY PROCEDURE AND POLICY

 

Next day delivery service between Monday and Friday nationwide provided orders are received by us before 17:00pm and we have the stock.

Certain products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. If the products you have selected are not available, we will advise you of the delay and give you an estimated date of delivery. Should the due date for the products not be suitable we can offer to cancel the back order.

DELIVERY CHARGES

For orders of €65 and over in value: Delivery is FREE OF CHARGE

For orders under €65 in value: Delivery will cost €7.99

RETURNS

WeDoOfficeSupplies.ie will gladly refund or exchange any item purchased from us. Some items are non-returnable such as food and beverage products.

WeDoOfficeSupplies.ie will not charge for returns and there is no restocking fee applied if the returned goods are unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging. Shortages to orders received or damaged products must be reported within 2 working days upon receipt of delivery.

 

Please notify us within 7 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. All returns must have the correct documentation ie invoice or delivery note number. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

 

We will then credit the card or account we have on file for you.  Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

 

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
