The following are the terms and conditions that govern the use of the Right Click Printing Solutions Limited website; We Do Office By using or visiting this site, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and shall be deemed to have accepted them.


 No contract will subsist between you and Right Click Printing Solutions Limited for a sale to you of any product or service unless and until we accept your order by e-mail and confirm that it has been dispatched. That acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated to you at the time Right Click Printing Solutions Limited sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail); If your order is declined, we will inform you by email or telephone giving reasons for example, a change in price, product description or because the goods orders are not available.


All descriptive matter, drawings, pictures, colours, specifications and advertising on the website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We shall not be responsible for minor variations in specification and no such variation shall entitle you to rescind the contract, reject the goods or otherwise be the subject of any claim against us.


All prices are exclusive of V.A.T which is set, where applicable, at the current rate ruling at the date of dispatch.


The price for the goods will be the price shown on the website when you place your order. We may at our sole discretion make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier’s prices, or in the event of the application of any new taxes or duties, or where there is a pricing error or omission.


In the event of a pricing error or omission, if an items correct price is lower than our quoted price, we will charge the lower (correct) amount and deliver the item to you. If an items correct price is higher than our quoted price we will have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. However, we may at our discretion decide to honour the lower (incorrect) price and send the item in order not to cause you inconvenience.


At We Do Office we strive to offer our customers the most competitive prices in the marketplace however we acknowledge that in such a competitive market price differences are inevitable. In recognition of this, we offer our customer a Price Match Promise; If you find an Internet retailer in Ireland offering a lower price in Euro on an identical product of the same brand and model within 10 days of your purchase from us we will credit your account for 100% of the price difference. We may require documentary evidence.


This does not apply to; old goods and those not immediately available; promotional prices or free offers that are not normal retail prices; prices based on printing or typographical errors; goods with special financing terms; where there are prices agreed under contract; companies that are not based in Ireland, or office supplies retailers that do not sell online. We Do Office reserves the right to amend this offer at any time without notice.


When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product (other than perishable produce or a special order) up to 7 days after your order has been delivered. We can change or cancel an order up until it is dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us (up to 7 days after delivery) and we will organise a refund (excluding delivery cost). Goods must be returned in their original packaging and be fit for immediate use. Should you need to return items for any reason, please contact us on +353 1 287 3601.


Without prejudice to the foregoing, we reserve the right to substitute goods within your order with goods of an equivalent nature. Any breakages or damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.


Delivery will only be made on working days i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays within the working hours 9am & 5:30pm. Any reference to delivery timescales should be interpreted to read as working days. Where a bank or public holidays falls within the delivery period, you should allow up to two additional working days for delivery. We will endeavour to deliver the Goods to you within the delivery timescales stipulated on your order or if not stated on the order, within the standard delivery timescales on our website. Separate delivery charges may apply on some goods.


Our goods are subject to availability and delay may sometimes occur that are outside of our control and therefore delivery times cannot be guaranteed. If delivery is delayed for more than 30 days from the estimated delivery date, you may cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for those goods and any delivery monies you have been charged. However, we will not be responsible for any other losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if we delay in supplying or do not supply those goods. Our sole liability and your sole remedy shall be a refund of any money paid in respect of the applicable order.


Risk in the goods shall pass to you on delivery. Ownership in the goods shall not pass until, you have paid all amounts due for the goods in full an any obligations due to us under the contract have been discharged.


A warranty is given in accordance with the warranties and guarantees provided to us by any manufacturer or supplier of goods. You are responsible for dealing directly with the manufacturer concerning claims under that warranty.


The information contained in the website is for information purposes only and is provided as is and as available; and without warranties or conditions of any kind either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant or represent that the use or the results of the use of the materials available through the website or from third parties will be correct, accurate timely, reliable or otherwise. We accept no liability in relation to any of the above other than as may be provided for under your statutory rights.


To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Right Click Printing Solutions Limited be liable to you for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, data or profits even if Right Click Printing Solutions Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability shall exceed the price paid for the goods.


By using our website, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and are solely and entirely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur while using the website. You agree to notify us immediately of any un-authorised use or any other breach of security. Any un-authorised use shall be investigated and appropriate legal action shall be taken.


We have the right to place advertisements and promotions of third parties to our website. Right Click Printing Solutions Limited does not control the content of any services supplied by third parties. Any reference to such content does not imply or constitute an endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation to you and all liability howsoever arising therefrom is excluded.

Links to other websites are not operated or controlled by Right Click Printing Solutions Limited and we are not responsible for the availability of, or any content or material of any linked sites. All personal data is stored for the use of handling orders only and will not be passed on to third parties.


We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions of use including but not limited to information relating to price, availability and specification at any time.                 Termination. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to, at any time and for any reason, terminate your account with us.



We shall not be liable for any failure to perform any of our obligations under these terms and conditions which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to any force majeure incident.


Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under this Agreement shall not be deemed to be a waiver of that right. If any term is held to be void or invalid, the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect.


The contract documents constitute the entire agreement between you and Right Click Printing Solutions Limited for the sale and purchase of the goods. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any representations in entering into the contract which do not form part of the contract documents.


The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. You and we agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ireland.
